We hope you and your family, spouses, boyfriends, and kids have saved the date for August 8th for our summer party. This year we are doing something totally different. We will have mountain and road rides before our picnic starting that morning. Also would like to mention here that if you plan on riding early that morning, be sure to have something to eat between your ride and that start of the bbq. So come on out early, stay late, ride and chill! Can't wait to see you there!

Peachtree Bikes - Women's Only Ride
Wednesday evenings -- Spring/Summer
Start time: 6:30 pm - beginning April 1, 2010

We will start from the parking lot behind Peachtree Bikes. For those new to the ride, the course is about 21 miles and hilly. This is not a beginner ride, however, with that said, there are several places along the route that we do regroup after some long climbs. The speed is about 15 mph. Consider it a social training ride, with 4 good places to practice your climbing skills, including the Northside Hill and Olympic Hill. The ride is a lot of fun, and frequently there is a group that stays for dinner afterwards. The route.

Group Riding Tips by Mike Masters - This is an excellent piece written by a good friend of the Sorella's. Take a second and read this article, your fellow riders will thank you.
